How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial, then the plan you chose renews automatically (Weekly or Yearly). Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PDF LENS → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I subscribed on another device or reinstalled the app.
Open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
The scanner does not detect my document.
Use good light and a contrasting background, hold the phone parallel to the page and adjust the corners by hand if needed. Camera access must be allowed in iOS Settings → PDF LENS.
Which files can I convert?
PDF to JPG, PNG, TXT, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX) and PowerPoint (PPTX); images, text, HTML, Markdown, CSV, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF. Old .doc, .xls and .ppt files, Pages, Numbers and Keynote are not supported, and complex layouts may look different after conversion.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. Scanning and conversion happen on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete documents inside the app, or delete the app. To remove technical data linked to your device, email us.
